Elizabeth's 1st Birthday

Oh how we wish this couple lived in DFW so we could bake for them all of the time!  Baby Elizabeth and family came to town to celebrate her first birthday with family.  We designed a purse cake matching their party invites to serve to guests and a tiny smash cake for miss Elizabeth.

and our tiny client seemed to approve of her personal cake :)

Hockey Cake

This was a simple little cake for my nephew's birthday.  He loves hockey and the Dallas Stars.  (Me too!)

NASCAR

This is seriously one of my favorites!  Not because it's NASCAR but because it's too much fun!  The pictures don't even do this cake justice!  It was seriously that cute!  The little dots are fans and the bottom is the checkered flag.  Seriously so much fun!  Look at all those sparkler candles!  I can't wait to see pictures of all the candles sparkling away!  Enjoy!

Houston Texans

This was for a softball teams end of season pool party!  Enjoy!

Roller Skate Cake

This was a retro theme party at a roller skating rink!  Too much fun!  Enjoy!

Pooh Baby Shower

It's a girl, and her nursery is Pooh themed.  We decided to tie in the celebration of the shower with gift boxes in the colors of the shower invites, and Winnie the Pooh baby gifts to tie in the nursery theme.  This cake was all about the details from the oversized bows, to the exploding tissue paper, custom hand painted gift tags and baby/Pooh gift items.  Enjoy!

Nursery Rhyme Toile

This cake was 100% custom!  All hand painted to match the mommy to be's invitations and a monogram M for the baby's name Maddox.  Enjoy!

Bowling fun!

This was for a 4 year old little boy's birthday party.  He loves bowling and got to have it birthday party at the local bowling alley.  Everything on this cake was edible.  Chocolate bowling pins and a chocolate bowling ball in blue, his favorite color.

Zebra Prints

This was a super fun cake for a 25th birthday.  Hot pink and black zebra print and sparkler candles!

True Blood

We have had such a busy month at Breezie's, but we still manage to find time to celebrate the things we love.  One of our cake designers is a big time True Blood fan, so to celebrate the new season that starts tonight she came up with some special treats to serve at her True Blood party for her guests to sink their teeth into.  The cake is our Devil's food cake with "blood" (cherry) filling and cream cheese icing, and the cupcakes stay true to deep south tradition with blood red velvet cake and cream cheese icing.  YUM!

Monkey Baby Shower

We got a call a while back that someone needed a baby shower cake.  It was for a baby boy and their theme was monkeys.  I knew instantly that if they were up for it I wanted to do the banana crate with little monkeys breaking in and eating all the bananas.  It turned out great!  Really I love it!  I can't wait to hear about the hostess' and mommy to be's reactions!  Enjoy!
